My profession is pretty straightforward and so am I. I help people to function and feel better through constructive conversation, thoughtful guidance and a purposeful approach. Since becoming certified as a life coach over ten years ago, I've created programs to assist my clients to manage and enhance their lives in meaningful and lasting ways. My coaching practice focuses on improving your health and wellness, facilitating career and personal growth, and navigating life obstacles, milestones and transitions. I won't limit you; my approach is holistic. I'll get to know you and help you focus on what you'd like to accomplish. Priorities, choices and habits create the framework for achieving any life goal, in my experience.

My coaching platform draws from over three decades of career and personal experiences helping others improve their lives emotionally, professionally and physically, across the fields of mental health/addiction counseling, career consulting and personal fitness. I've learned throughout my life that succeeding at virtually any area requires prioritization, focus and consistency. A healthy life is intentional; it's a balanced routine. Achieving that balance requires self-awareness, self-discipline and executive function. Sharpening life-skills used to manage everyday tasks like making plans, solving problems and adapting to new situations is a key to creating good habits, overall wellness and functional happiness.

 

​We all encounter life stressors and pivots, sometimes by choice and other times simply due to life's unpredictability, I've learned from a lot of impactful experiences. Health challenges, career moves, family and relationship shifts... How we manage those shifts often determines our level of personal and professional fulfillment. I'll help you face and tackle the short and long-term challenges you encounter in real-time and share actionable strategies developed to collect and keep you moving forward. Letting you just vent too, but with an eye on progress/results. Life Coaching

A practical process.

Life coaching is a practical process. It's not psychotherapy or fitness training, but like them, it is an intentional therapeutic engagement. Life coaching directs the individual to focus on themself aside constructive guidance, identifying areas of need and addressing them. It's about discussing and implementing strategies geared towards self-assessment and improvement - creating better habits and breaking negative patterns. Taking consistent positive steps forward and maintaining direction is our focus. I will help you navigate and provide reliable and relatable insights along the way.


Physical, mental and social well-being are all vitally connected. They need regular attention. Life coaching provides a safe and effective vehicle for focusing where you need to - on YOU. It's about de-stressing and healthily addressing your feelings while approaching aspirations and mechanics to achieve happier functional living, or what I like to call, "life fitness". I will listen carefully and thoughtfully get to know you. Every person is different, but the process is the same. We'll find common ground and develop trust, a must for any productive partnership. I will be a confidante and share useful techniques geared specifically towards your needs. Drawing from my own life/career transitions and professional experiences across a variety of fields, I consider my practice as, "personal training for life" and "intentional living".

 Most of what I will share with you I have successfully implemented in my own life, and structure my programs to reflect that. Like resistance training, consistent contact is important at first, but a heavy lift is not always required (so I offer 30-minute sessions, below). I want you to feel confident and put our exchanges into action. My goal is to challenge, motivate and inspire you to get beyond whatever is is holding you back. It's been proven that most will achieve greater success and satisfaction in life with a little regular attention and a little good help. Managing alone without a plan too often leads to greater frustration and going in circles. Family and friends can be supportive, but they are often too close to be fairly objective. Transparent communication, a solid plan and experienced support can make all the difference.   

Sessions

My goal is to maximize your benefits versus your time and budget. I don't want your mind on the money. My rates are well within industry standards and I offer 30-minute sessions and package discounts to promote consistent work and consider affordability... Just as I did as a fitness professional. I want you to be comfortable before any financial commitment and know what to expect, so our introduction and assessment session are my courtesy.

Here's how it works... 

 

Step ONE: FREE Introductory chat (up to 30 minutes)

Nothing heavy at all; an icebreaker. Just be yourself and fill me in on your motivations to connect and find out what you'd like to know about me, the process, and how I might help. If you find our exchange encouraging, we'll schedule or continue into a complimentary Coaching Assessment Session (see below).​​​​

Step TWO: Coaching Assessment Session (up to 60 minutes)

A deeper "get to know you" and your goals. Building off our introductory chat, we'll cover a more personalized questionnaire to naturally add focus to our discussion and begin to create a plan. (Included w/ any package.)

After, we'll schedule follow-up sessions that best consider your needs.​​

Step THREE: Follow-up Sessions

We'll continue our work together. I'll share strategies tailored towards your needs.

*New clients receive one additional session with first 10-week package.

Double Session - $170

(60-minutes)

4-week package - $295 

(4 sessions and follow-up < $75 ea. /valid 40 days) 

 *10-week package - $595
