My profession is pretty straightforward and so am I. I help people make intentional changes in their lives. Since becoming certified as a life coach over ten years ago, I've created individualized programs to assist my clients to function and feel better through thoughtful conversation with a purposeful approach: coaching. My practice focuses on improving your health and wellness, facilitating career and personal growth, and navigating life obstacles, milestones and transitions. I won't limit you; my approach is holistic. I know from experience that achieving any goal can be measurably easier with open communication, a plan, reliable guidance and support.
How might I assist you? Let's discuss it during a FREE introduction. We'll pick a convenient time for a casual conversation to get to know one another a bit. I'll address your questions and reasons for reaching out and provide a healthy perspective. No strings or rules - connecting is the process. It's important you just be yourself, and I'll be myself. Moving forward, we'll schedule a comprehensive Coaching Assessment Session (included with multi-session packages) to deepen my understanding of you and your goals. After, we will map out a schedule, and I'll share strategies geared towards what you'd like to accomplish. It is my firm belief that priorities, choices and habits create the framework for achieving any life goal.

My coaching platform draws from over three decades of career and personal experiences helping others improve their lives emotionally, professionally and physically, across the fields of mental health/addiction counseling, career consulting and personal fitness. I've learned throughout my life that successful life changes require prioritization, focus and consistency. A healthy life is an intentional and balanced routine. Achieving that balance requires purpose, self-discipline and good executive function (we'll discuss that). Life coaching is not psychotherapy or fitness training, but like them, it is an intentional therapeutic engagement pointed at implementing strategies of self-assessment and improvement - creating better habits and breaking negative patterns. Taking positive steps forward and maintaining direction is our goal.
​We all encounter life stressors and pivots, sometimes by choice and other times due to life's unpredictability. Health challenges, career moves and relationship shifts impact us all. How we manage those shifts often determines our level of personal and professional fulfillment. I'll help you face and tackle the short and long-term challenges you encounter in real-time and share proven strategies developed to collect and keep you moving forward. Assessing and attending to needs versus wants... Finding personal satisfaction... It can be challenging alone. We all benefit from productive dialogue... Talking through it. I want to help you get past what's holding you back. Make that change, do that thing. Get unstuck.

Sessions
My goal is to maximize your benefits versus your time and budget. I don't want your mind on the money. My rates are well within industry standards, and I offer 30-minute sessions and multi-session discounts to promote consistent work and consider affordability; just as I did as a fitness professional. I want you to be comfortable and know what to expect as we continue forward, so your introduction and assessment session are my courtesy.
Here's how it works...
Step ONE: Introductory Conversation (up to 30-minutes - no charge)
Nothing heavy at all; an icebreaker. Just be yourself and fill me in on your motivations to connect and find out what you'd like to know about me, the process, and how I might help. If you find our exchange encouraging, we'll schedule or continue into a comprehensive Coaching Assessment Session.​​​​

Step TWO: *Coaching Assessment Session (up to 90-minutes - $200)

A deeper "get to know you" and your goals. Building off our introduction, we'll cover a personalized questionnaire to naturally add focus to our discussion. I'll share some strategies related to your focus and we'll formulate a plan.
After, we'll schedule follow-up sessions that best consider your needs.​​
